WARRANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Warranty & Return Policy
All products sold through PowerByte Solutions Inc., are covered under Manufactured warranty for Defects. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer and/or PowerByte Solutions Inc. restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by PowerByte Solutions Inc. along with a print out showing the products defect (where applicable).

2. RMA's are only valid under manufacturer return policies. The required return date will be communicated upon issuance of a RMA # by PowerByte Solutions Inc.   The RMA form is available online , or can be sent to you by fax or email.

3. Defective Items

A. Within 30 Days of Purchase: the product may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:

• All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
• RMA's are only valid for Manufacturer specified return guidelines.
• Defective consumables are returnable for exchange only.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. It is best to use an authorized courier who supplies tracking/insurance options, such as UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
• For replacements, you will need to place a new order, and when the original item is received, you will be credited in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost. A new order must be placed in order for the system to cross-ship upon waiting for the returned product.
• Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
• Please allow 3-4 weeks for a credit to be issued (shipping and other charges are not credited).

B. After 30 Days of Purchase: if the product is still covered by warrantee, it is subject to manufacturer's policies and restrictions.   Please complete the RMA form and submit to the Customer Service department.

C. Out of Warrantee: There will be repair charges for all out of warrantee product repairs.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within Canada. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty.

4. Order Cancellation
PowerByte Solutions Inc. reserves the right to cancel a sale or to issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error.
 

5. All Other Claims
Submit a Customer Service Request directly to PowerByte Solutions Inc. within seven days of receipt of order for defective products, product not as advertised, overdue delivery, wrong quantity shipped, wrong item shipped, or freight damage.   PowerByte Solutions may not be liable for any problem that is beyond the company's control.

6. Exchange Policy
PowerByte Solutions Inc. cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. PowerByte Solutions Inc. will charge a restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments or unauthorized returns. Additional charges may apply if all peripherals and accessories are not returned in the original, unopened packaging.
