4. How long is the warrantee (1, 2 or 3 years) for the disks, controller or enclosure?
5. Who is the warrantee and support with: Reseller, Distributor or Manufacturer?
6. What type of warrantee? Advance Exchange or Return to Factory (RTF)?
7. Is there support after the warrantee expires?
8. Where does the responsibility lie when problems or firmware issues arise with the OS, Firmware or the hardware platform?
