Toshiba Extended Protection Plan (TEPP) What does the program cover:
The Toshiba Extended Protection Plan (TEPP) extends your warranty period up to a full three years, including all parts and labour costs (batteries, accessories and software excluded), on new Toshiba notebook computers.   This program also provides international warranty protection (when travelling outside of Canada) and continued toll-free technical support from Toshiba's leading technical support group at no additional cost.

How do I purchase this program:
Purchase your TEPP from PowerByte Sales Department for the latest pricing when purchasing your new computer.  Toshiba will validate your extended warranty application and send your service contract directly to you. 

How To Obtain Service Through The Toshiba Extended Protection Plan:   Note your Computer model, serial number and the problem.   Have your computer available for remote diagnosis.   Then call the Toshiba InTouch Centre at 1-800-663-0378.

NEC InstaCare ® What does the program cover:
The InstaCare program provides warranty service on NEC LT/VT/MT/DT projectors.   You can have advance replacement on the next business day or repair & return if your projector is not functioning properly.   Repair & Return will be completed in three-business day from the day of receipt of the projector.

How do I purchase this program:
The InstaCare program is free for 1 or 2 years (projector dependent) when you purchase a projector.   An extended warrantee of 1 year can be purchased from the PowerByte Sales Department .

How To Obtain Service:
Note your projector model, serial number and the problem. Have a credit card ready to secure the projector. Call the Service Centre at 1-800-836-0655.   A certified technician will troubleshoot with you over the phone. If you are in need of Service, you'll receive a Service Request (SR) number for the Repair & Return program or a Material Return Authorization (MRA) number of the Cross-Ship program.
